Green Bonaire

This recipe for a Green Bonaire was chosen as the top selection in a contest sponsored by Cadushy of Bonaire Liqueur.

Ingredients:

• 30 ml. Vodka- 30 ml. Cadushy of Bonaire liqueur
• 30 ml. Triple Sec
• Dash of apple juice
• Blue Curacao to taste

Method:

Fill a shaker with ice and add vodka, Cadushy and Triple Sec. Add a dash of apple juice and enough blue Curacao to make the drink bright green. Shake and pour into a frosted glass, then add a few drops of lime juice and garnish with lime.
