Justin Bieber is Attacked at Toronto Nightclub
Justin Bieber has been attacked at a Toronto nightclub in his native Canada. The 19-year-old pop star was mingling with patrons in a Toronto nightspot at 3am on Saturday when an angry man charged at him. His rival got a hold of his shirt but was prevented from tackling the star by quick acting bouncers, who grabbed the assailant and dragged him to the floor.
In pictures posted by TMZ, the Baby hitmaker is seen landing some sneaky kicks while his opponent is on the ground. According to eyewitnesses, Justin was jumped after leaving the safety of the VIP section to mingle with ordinary clubgoers.
While his assailant was escorted out of the club, the hot-tempered teen idol soon made his way home of his own accord. Police were reportedly never called about the incident, and Bieber’s spokesman declined to comment on the incident.
According to the Toronto Star, Uniun Nightclub operations manager Orin Bristol reported that Justin lost a $40,000 gold chain in the process. ‘The fan was just a small little guy,’ Bristol said of the guy trying to take a picture with Bieber. ‘He wasn’t being aggressive.’ The two-time Grammy nominee is certainly no stranger to fisticuffs.
Justin infamously had to be held back by his own minders when he tried to get into a fistfight with photographers in London in March. The scuffle prompted top music manager Peter Mensch to reveal he would use corporal punishment to sort out his discipline problems.
He said: ‘I’d take Bieber to the woodshed and spank him.’ The Boyfriend singer will next take his Believe Tour to Thailand’s Challenger Hall on September 26. – Dailymail
