Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former personal assistant, Phillip Pines, has come forward with disturbing allegations about his time working for the embattled hip-hop mogul, who remains imprisoned in a Brooklyn jail since September.

Pines, who worked for Combs from 2019 to 2021, appeared in The Fall of Diddy, a documentary currently streaming on Max and Discovery+, where he shared shocking details about his alleged experiences with the rapper.

In the documentary, Pines recalled what he described as “sickening” moments, including an incident where Combs allegedly forced him to engage in a sexual act as a test of his loyalty. Fighting back tears, Pines recounted how the 55-year-old rapper pressured him during one of his infamous sex parties.

“He told me to do it as proof of my loyalty,” Pines alleged, explaining that, under immense pressure, he hesitantly “performed for a bit” before fleeing the room when Combs was no longer looking. The former assistant has since filed a lawsuit against Combs, accusing him of sexual battery, sexual harassment, and other misconduct.

According to the lawsuit, Pines was subjected to degrading treatment, being “like an animal playing fetch in order to prove his loyalty.” The suit adds to the growing list of legal troubles for Combs, who has been the subject of multiple accusations in recent months.

Despite the allegations, Combs has denied all claims made by Pines and others who have come forward. His legal team has dismissed the accusations as baseless, insisting that the lawsuits are driven by opportunism.

Combs, who once reigned as one of the most influential figures in the music industry, is currently awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. His trial is set to begin on May 5, 2025.

As more allegations surface and his legal battles intensify, the downfall of Diddy marks one of the most dramatic collapses in the history of hip-hop, shaking both the entertainment industry and those who once idolized the mogul.
