Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces fresh allegations after a new lawsuit was filed against him in New York, accusing the music mogul of threatening and sexually assaulting a woman identified by the pseudonym Jane Doe. The lawsuit, filed on Wednesday, claims Combs used threats of violence and intimidation, reviving concerns over his past conduct.
According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe is seeking unspecified damages for an incident that allegedly occurred after a photoshoot where she first encountered Combs. The documents state that Combs invited Doe and a friend to his hotel for an “exclusive party” before a larger event. “Before leaving for the party, Ms. Doe had met [Combs] at the photoshoot.
[Combs] told Ms. Doe and her friend that they should come to his hotel first for a more exclusive party. Ms. Doe and her friend agreed and were taken to a Manhattan-area Marriott hotel by a member of Combs’ entourage,” the filing details, reported In Touch Weekly.
The lawsuit further alleges that Combs’ behavior escalated once the women arrived at the hotel, with his actions becoming increasingly aggressive. “The paperwork claims: ‘[Combs] continued getting gradually more aggressive with the two women and eventually began forcibly touching them without consent.’” When the women attempted to resist, the lawsuit claims that Combs responded with threats, reportedly ordering Ms. Doe’s friend to perform oral sex or risk their lives.
“When they resisted, [Combs] ordered Ms. Doe’s friend to perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed. Ms. Doe’s friend complied as Ms. Doe begged [Combs] to allow them to leave,” the document alleges, adding that he refused their pleas for release.
This new case is the latest in a series of legal troubles for Combs, who has previously faced accusations from other individuals. As the lawsuit progresses, Combs’ legal team has yet to respond publicly to these fresh claims.
