Kim Kardashian reveals new side of herself after finishing ‘The Crown’
As season 5 of “The Kardashians” wrapped up on July 25, Kim Kardashian took a moment to reflect on her personal journey and commitment to self-improvement. In a candid confessional, the 43-year-old SKIMS founder expressed her dedication to evolving and thriving in her career while striving to become an even better version of herself.
“This year has been so good,” she said. “I’m entering my actress era. I had no clue this was going to happen. I’ve taken some time off just to really focus on being the best mom I could be.”
Kim humorously added, “I’m not gonna lie: I just watched the whole season of ‘The Crown.’ I could fully f—ing rule a country,” referencing the Netflix series’ latest season, which chronicled Camilla and Prince Charles’ marriage following Princess Diana’s passing.
Excited for the future, Kim shared that she has “learned so much.” This year marked her debut in the acting world, co-starring with Emma Roberts in “American Horror Story: Delicate.”
In a June interview with Variety for the Actors on Actors series, Kim discussed how she landed the role with Chloë Sevigny. She explained that creator Ryan Murphy reached out to her directly, saying, “I really want to write something for you. Would you consider doing ‘American Horror Story?'”
“I obviously know the franchise — and it was an honor,” Kim shared. “Sometimes it just takes that one person to really believe in you and give you that push.”
This pivotal moment in her acting career was also documented in this season of “The Kardashians.”
As Kim continues to explore new opportunities and grow both personally and professionally, she remains focused on being a dedicated mother and a successful businesswoman, demonstrating her commitment to constant evolution.
