A source told DailyMail, “Jen has been dedicating every waking hour to helping her friends who have lost everything in the fires.” “She needs to take some time to relax, but that is not how Jen is—not when she is passionate about something,” shared a confidante close to the Alias star.

According to the source, the fires have personally affected Garner, as she lost a close friend in the disaster. However, the Family Switch actress has continued her efforts, volunteering daily to provide relief and support.

Adding to her challenges, another source highlighted that the wildfires coincided with Affleck’s split from Lopez, a situation that reportedly took an emotional toll on Garner as she played the role of mediator.

“Not having that whole mess to deal with has been a weight lifted. On top of this, she is also raising children and is an incredibly hands-on parent,” an insider noted. Affleck, for his part, considers Garner a “superwoman.”
