Rita Ora Debuts her Coloured locks at BBC Radio1Big Weekend
Rita Ora seemed to be emulating Boy George onstage at the BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend, as she rocked out with multi-coloured dreadlocks. The singer had blue, green, yellow and pink hair extensions braided through her hair, to match the Adidas onsie and trainers of her stage outfit.
Rita Ora certainly looked to be starting her own modern Culture Club in Glasgow. Wearing an all-in-one suit from the famed sportswear brand, the outfit could have been of her own design as she recently unveiled her capsule collaborative collection with Adidas Originals. Rita had her on her trademark red lipstick and put on an energetic show for the Glaswegian crowd. Ora’s new ‘do was first debuted on Saturday, when she had taken time out to watch Coldplay ahead of her own set the following day.
Rita Ora also got to see her boyfriend Calvin Harris perform, and was cheering fro the side of the stage. Wearing a jet-black ‘beanie’ hat, the dreadlocks looked particularly bold off-set against her complexion and red lipstick. For added urban appeal she matched the look with a pair of leather trousers and plenty of ‘bling’ jewellery. It comes just days after she shared a photograph of herself as a little girl on Friday.
Celebrating her cousins’s birthday with the throwback Instagram shot, thechart-topper proved she’s always been a fashionista as she immediately stand out in a red two-piece. The singer wrote a touching message to her cousin in her photo caption which read: ‘happy birthday Tina! You are the funniest most incredible naughty cousin in the world! You and Elena always played and never let me play with you! Now we’re always playing! She added: ‘Watching you grow is amazing and I’m so proud of you! Have an amazing day.
Love your cousin, Reetz’. Rita Ora then reminded fans that she is working a completely different style these days as she was pictured making her way out of Heathrow airport. The sartorially savvy starlet was sporting a new braided style as she turned heads in an all-white ensemble. Adding a pop of colour with neon pink high heels, the singer also accesorised with a small black handbag.
Shielding her eyes with black shades, she wore a large amount of gold Chanel jewellery while she strutted onto her next destination. Rita Ora had been in Switzerland to promote her chart-topping single, I Will Never Let You Down. She captioned a picture with her fans saying: ‘To cool for school so we out here in these streetz!! ‘Thank you for my poster swissbots!! iwillneverletyoudown boooooom U!!’ -dailymail
