While promoting the show, the Duchess of Sussex shared endearing insights into her family life, continuing her recent trend of offering glimpses of her children through subtle photos of their side profiles or the backs of their heads.

Meghan began by detailing what mornings look like in the Sussex household. “I’m up before my kids are, so I’m normally up at 6:30, and then I get them up and dressed for the day, and we go downstairs,” she shared, adding, “I love making breakfast for my family.”

It was during this conversation that she revealed a sweet culinary detail about the two most important men in her life. “My husband and Archie both love fried eggs,” she admitted.

She went on to describe their typical breakfast spread, saying, “There’s a lot of bacon around here. And then sometimes you don’t have time for all that, and you just put a frozen waffle in the toaster and call it a day. And there’s no shame in that either.”
