Kim Kardashian Calls Kanye an Absent Dad Amid Rumors of Legal Trouble Ties to Diddy

Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, have been living abroad for the past eight months, prompting fans and critics alike to speculate about the reasons behind the rapper’s prolonged absence from the United States.
Meanwhile, his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, has labeled him an absent father to their four children: North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5. However, insiders suggest Kanye’s decision to stay away has little to do with his children and more to do with his mounting legal issues and concerns about being implicated in the legal troubles of his former associate, Sean “Diddy” Combs.
“Kanye’s reasoning for not being [in America] has nothing to do with his children and has everything to do with the multiple lawsuits that he is facing in the States,” a source told the Daily Mail.
West and Censori’s globe-trotting began in May, with visits to Tuscany, Paris, and Russia. Currently, the couple is reportedly based in Tokyo, though they recently traveled to Dubai to celebrate Censori’s 30th birthday.
The source also pointed to Diddy’s legal troubles as a factor contributing to Kanye’s reluctance to return to the U.S. “With all this stuff with Diddy, Kanye is terrified,” the insider said.
Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested on charges of sex trafficking and is currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. While it remains unclear if Kanye has any direct connection to Diddy’s case, the association has reportedly left the rapper apprehensive about being drawn into legal scrutiny.
As speculation continues, Kanye’s absence has fueled criticism from Kim Kardashian, who has been vocal about his lack of presence in their children’s lives. Despite the controversy, Kanye and Bianca seem to be enjoying their time abroad, though the looming legal issues may keep them from returning to the U.S. anytime soon.
